This three story home features a second floor balcony overlooking Boulder Crescent Park, bay windows, and wraparound porch with dentil detailing and Tuscan columns, all meticulously restored to their former beauty. For your pleasure, awake each morning to a gourmet breakfast consisting of fresh juices and tasty muffins or pastries, piping hot coffee with biscotti, a selection of whole grain cereals, seasonal fresh fruit, and a delicious hot entree.
