Guests can enjoy the view from their private balcony or patio or relax and watch cable television or a video in the separate living area. Each condominium boasts a fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher. Guests will appreciate the freedom to cook their own meals or to visit any of the area restaurants. Condo amenities include high speed Internet access, washer and dryers.

Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult. Between March 20 and April 8, the ratio for each reservation must be one parent, guardian or responsible adult per every two underage youths. After registering, parents and/or guardians must remain with all underage youths for the duration of the stay. Parents are expected to provide supervision for their children. During the spring break period of March 24 through April 21, special registration policies will be in effect. All youths under the age of 25 years will be issued colored wristbands at time of registration which must be worn throughout the stay. During this spring break period, access to the Resort will be restricted to registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted.
